• To transfer videos to your computer, you first need to make sure that MRD is paired with the computer.
• If the desktop app is connected to the MRD device, all your videos will be automatically transferred to your computer.

• Make sure that your computer is paired with MRD.
• Go to mrd.remidio.com
•Log in with your admin email ID. If you do not have an admin account, contact us.
• Click on ‘Service’ on the left panel.
• Find the ‘Edit’ button to the right of the suspended account.
• Click on ‘Unblock’.
• Restart the MRD app and login again.
• Visit the Apple support page for help on this topic.
• Go to mrd.remidio.com on your browser and enter your registered email ID.
• Click on ‘Resend verification link’.
• Open the latest email from support@remidio.com. Click on the provided link and log in with your Remidio ID.
• Now restart the MRD app, and pair your computer with MRD. Login again.
• Go to mrd.remidio.com and enter your registered email ID.
• Click on ‘Forgot password’ on the resulting screen. Click on ‘Send link’.

• Open the MRD desktop app. Enter your ID and click on ‘Forgot password’.
• On the MRD device, open the latest email, from support@remidio.com.
• Click on the password reset link and proceed to reset your password.
•Now restart the MRD app and log in again.
